Om Ham Retreat And Resort - Ubud (Bali)

Despite requesting maintenance multiple times, the safe in our room was never fixed . The breakfast selection was basic, and some items didn't taste fresh. The constant noise from staff sweeping the grounds at 5 AM disrupted our peace every morning, frustrating for a retreat environment.

The location is nice in terms of everything.

Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent value for money. The friendly staff genuinely cared about our comfort during the entire visit.

great value for the money for this area, had a really nice stay as usual the indonesian service with a smile. i came here with my baby. the location was exceptionally nice, for example, wayan nuriasih was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Truly enjoyed the a double room with incredible view over rice fields, good aircon, the balcony I was given. The staff were really accommodating, the breakfast I had was above average with aindian taste. The location was unbeatable - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go.

The bathrooms are moldy.

The staff genuinely cared about guest comfort, going above and beyond to make my stay special, even accommodating off-menu meal requests with delicious results.

The location is a bit far from Ubud's center. It takes about 30 minutes by car or 15 minutes on a scooter, which can be inconvenient for exploring the area.

The atmosphere at Om Ham Retreat is serene. Many yoga classes are offered, and I loved the morning sessions. The instructors, especially one who led sound meditation, had a captivating presence. Spa treatments provided a heavenly experience. The floral bath was refreshing and rejuvenating. Enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea by the pool while admiring the rice paddies view. The shuttle service to Ubud made exploring easy despite the location being a bit far, around 30 minutes away. While the facility had a peaceful vibe, the breakfast selection felt limited, especially for vegetarians. The staff was attentive but sometimes overwhelmed, leading to delays in room service. It would be great to see more options on the menu. For such a beautiful resort, I expected more variety in dining.

The yoga classes were relaxing, and I loved the sound healing session that really helped me reconnect. The serene atmosphere by the pool was just perfect for unwinding after exploring the gorgeous rice paddies.

The foot massage I had was really good, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. I appreciated the beautiful view from my room overlooking the garden. The pool area was fine, particularly with the surrounding rice fields that created a picturesque scene. The complimentary afternoon tea by the pool was a good surprise that offered a perfect way to unwind.

The location, while peaceful, is not close to walkable areas.

This was just a prime choice for a couple of nights in Ubud with fantastic value for money. The yoga classes were a great way to unwind and the staff were really attentive. Make sure to check out the nearby cafes if you need good internet.
